When to start TTC?

I saw on here somewhere that TTC while breastfeeding sways pink. I also think that a big factor in my sway will be lowering my testosterone. I DEFINITELY think that my testosterone is high and a big factor as to why we have 3 boys. But I'm currently breastfeeding DS3 and I read that saw palmetto isn't safe while nursing. Do you all think that I would have a better sway while breastfeeding (and lowering testosterone in other ways) or to wait until I'm done breastfeeding and can take saw palmetto? I'm pretty motivated with my sway this time. #4 will be our last shot at a girl so I want to do as many things as I can to help sway our odds. Any advice? :confused:

In an ideal world it's probably best to wait and do the saw palmetto.
