Ok, ultrasound question.

I posted this in the wrong place a few minutes ago, so I decided to put it where I meant to. I had an ultrasound at 15w1d. The tech said I am having a girl because she saw 3 lines. I did not ever see her go to the right area. The baby was on her side the whole time. She showed me the 3 lines for a second but there was nothing around it. It was all black except the 3 lines, then I saw baby laying on her side, again. She seemed sure, though. Should I trust this or wait until my next ultrasound to start shopping? Any have any experience with something like this?

sorry I answered you on the other thread :) but what I said was I'm assuming you didn't get any pics? there are some very good us techs out there but if it were me I would have another in a few weeks. good luck to you!

Thank you for answering both. I got a picture but it does not show the lines and is extremely blurry.

You could post a pic in the ultrasound forum and see if anyone can tell for you. Can't hurt :)

I will try it but it really looks like a smeared peanut.

Lol the suspense would be killing me but that's because I want a girl. I would definitely book another ultrasound. :)
