Can anyone help with weird cycles after IVF / PGD?

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum. I finished my second unsuccessful pgd round in May this year.

After my first attempt, my periods were back to normal immediately. I assume this is because I didn't use Lupron for suppression, I started stimms after BCP.

Second time I was on long lupron (4 weeks of lupron before stims). Unfortunately this was unsuccessful too. But since this second attempt, my periods are all over the place. I had my bleed after stopping progesterone, then my next cycle was 44 days long (I'm usually between 29 - 33 days). Then this cycle which is number 2 since the failed IVF, I started my period on time after 29 days, had a regular period and now today, 4 days after my period has stopped, I'm having quite a lot of spotting, not brown blood but fresh, I've had to put a tampon in!

Has anyone experienced this? I did use an opk last month to see if I was ovulating and got a positive so am assuming I did, I'm just confused about this spotting now! I do sometimes have a few wipes of brownish blood a couple of days after my period has finished, but this is definitely heavier.
