Hi there I was just wondering about some basics for swaying for a girl like what I shud be eating and doing exercise wise and also does time affect it at all I'm cd6 rosary so probably wudnt Hav much time this cycle t make dramatic changes xxx

I would just recommend doing a strict sway with the jelly/antihistamine and maybe even add spermicide and/or hole in condom method. Then if BFN you will have another month to work on diet.
That sounds like a lab just any spermicide? How much wud I use? I'm totally new to this last sway was purely in timing which we know isn't great :( and antihistamines how often do u take them x

Well you certainly don't have to do it that way - it's just that for a quick turnaround sway i do recommend erring on the side of BFN! :)

Hand so uch atomic I'm cd10 due to ov tomoro so maybe the hole in the condom is best for now then get on it after that lol x :)
