Crystal light equivalent

I'm in Australia and I was just wandering if there is a crystal light equivalent? We don't have this here Thanks

Crystal Light is not sold in Aus but you can get it here www.usafoods.com.au/c11/drink-mixes

Tang is available in Aus but you might also want to look in the Kool-Aid section and see if they have any sugar-free drink mixes that contain aspartame (they are coming out with new stuff all the time) even if it ISN'T Crystal Light brand, you may be able to find other brands.

You can also try mixing Kool-Aid powder with Equal packet (those are def. available).

Does anyone know the best type of crystal light to drink? I notice there are various flavours?

The ones you need to watch out for are ones that are fortified with antioxidants and also the ones that are tea based. You want the artificially flavored, no caffeine, no vitamin ones.

Hi Belle, I am in Oz too, and it's hard trying to find a suitable alternative to cl. I have been drinking heaps of sprite zero. Alot of girls from ig drank this and had a successful pink sway. I was also looking for the diet Tang, but it is no longer made ;( . You could also add equal to your milk. I do this from af to o....it's not too bad heated up either....

I have heard of aussie swayers drinking sprite zero too.

Ooh thanks girls I love sprite I'm not drinking cranberry or milk anymore because it aggravates my eczema I've been drinking pepsi max and I found that caffeine free coke has more sodium than diet coke and pepsi max so I thought I'll rather drink more caffeine than more sodium. I know alot of girl mums that are caffeine addicts.

I totally agree Belle! I know tons of women with girls that drink caff all day long.
