So I bought some this week. And to get 3 tablespoons of gelatine I need to fill and consume 12 of them :suprise:
It is sooo fiddly too LOL - is there an easier way to do this?
I also filled my nyf's in to them - 4 of these a day = 1 tablespoon.
I wonder if we could fill a capsule with salt, lol :wink:
I don't know how to do it but the salt idea I like:agree: we could take like 3 or4 a day.
Ya know, that's not such a bad idea if you really hate the taste of salt. :agree:

Yeah I can;t stand it to be honest it ruins my food terribly =(
I don't want to give myself a heart attack though so maybe stick with salting my food instead :P
I don't use a lot of salt either. I do get it from processed foods but I rarely salt my food much at all.
My concern with using capsules would be that getting all the sodium at once would mean most of it just gets peed out, whereas if you salt your food you'll get a steady supply all day long.
