Is This The Nub?

I am new to all this "nub theory" stuff but was wondering am I right in thinking the nub is where I have circled with a red line in the 2 pictures both at 12 weeks + 5 days. To see the picture bigger right click on the picture and select "Open image in new tab" you will see the actual size.
