Would this be considered FR?

My period was due on Monday the 12th but I started spotting Tuesday night and it was full on Wednesday morning. So I am not sure whether Tuesday or Wednesday would be considered CD1 but anyways... I really wanted to BD the day before O. But I don't know when I will ovulate. Previous cycles I found out I ovulated CD15 but since my period was a day late I don't know if that means I am off by a day or was just off by a day last month. So I am not sure if I will Ovulate on CD 14 15 or 16 ... I just need some advice when to BD ... I don't want to do it too much and sway girl. But I really wanted to get a good BD in the day before O and then two more time after that. Basically I am concerned that if I assume I am going to O on CD 15 so I BD on 14 and 15 but I end up not ovulating until CD 16 that that would be too many attempts and I would end up doing a FR type of deal which is girl friendly? And I know the new advice is to get in 3 good attempts at +OPK and I wouldn't. Be able to do that without possibly killing poor DH if I had already done CD 14 and CD 15. What should I doooooo???? I hope this made sense.

I think they consider 7 consecutive days in a row FR. Don't put too much thought into it(i know easier said than done lol) if you start dtd every 2-4 after AF ends it doesn't really matter when you O, once you get your positive OPK you would make sure to DTD that day and the next day if it is still positive. DH releasing every 2-4 days would make sure that his swimmers are plentiful. If you are still nervous then you could always have DH help himself every 2-4 days and then once you get your positive OPK than start DTD

Coming from myself...When I conceived my 2 DS's I DTD every other day starting from CD 7 until I ovulated (usually CD 14-16). I also had a very boy friendly diet...I hope this helps.

I hope this isnt tmi but did you let him real ease in you all the time? Even before you got a +opk?

I cannot follow what you are saying here but you need to have 7-10 days of consecutive releases before the earliest attempt that can possibly get you pregnant. otherwise it's not fr.

I know I was confusing myself. But I understand what you are saying lol. I posted this really late last night which might be why it doesn't make much sense haha.
