These are my scan pictures from today. Couldn't get a perfect nub shot but looks very boyish to me. I'm only 12 weeks exactly too. Trying to think positive :(

I've added two of the same main picture of the baby, one is grey scale (original) and the other in black and white which takes out the blurs.
They all look pretty flat to me so I'd guess girl for you :)
