I'm so confused!!! Need advice for my Girly sway please

Hi Girls,
I'm trying to plan my Pink sway (diet E.T.C) and want to start in September as we are going to start TTC in December.
I'm just so confused by it all though and think I'm going to purchase a plan off Atomic.
I was just wondering if you lovely ladies can give me some basic advice first about what foods NOT to eat on the LE diet and what foods are recommended. Also what vitamins to take e.t.c
I've been reading up on the threads on here, but there's just so many to read through!!!.

Generally, you should be thinking about working toward lowering testosterone, so maybe consider cutting right down/out meat would be a good start.

Would definitely recommend purchasing a plan!

As bunny said start by cutting out meat and fish. Also start skipping the odd breakfast here or there to get your body used to it.

Main vitamin to take is folic acid. Pre-Natals are a no no. Some herb supplements to take are vitex and saw palmetto but take these with caution as they can muck up your cycle if you have a normal regular one, so may need to leave these until nearer the time.

I would also recommend buying a plan! I was very overwhelmed when I first joined and we just had our first attempt and I can honestly say I feel it went *almost* perfect thanks to the plan! (There is no perfect attempt, but I feel really good about it!!) good luck!!! :)
