Help! What should I do?!?!

I was expecting to ovulate around CD 14/15. Today was CD 10 for me. DH and I DTD today and I had him pull out just because I only wanted him releasing inside of me when I was closer to O. So after we did I went to the bathroom and I noticed a bit of EWCM. So I freaked and testing again (I have been suing CB smileys since CD 6 every morning) and it was negative (but I am worried I didn't have enough good pee) so then I just went to the bathroom again and there was even MORE EWCM. So now I am really freaking out. This second batch of EWCM was a little tinted but it was a little rough tonight sorry for the TMI. So maybe that is why it was tinted? Soooo what should I do? Should I test tomorrow afternoon and if it is neg should I wait and then just BD Sat and then wait to BD again until I get a +OPK and then BD 2-3x? Or what should I do? Also I have been drinking green tea for the last week every morning with breakfast and grapefruit juice when I can remember for the past week. Could that be the reason for the EWCM coming early or maybe not early but just why there was quite a bit of it this early? And lastly if I get a +OPK in the morning is it ok to BD even though we just did it tonight and he didn't release in me? Would that be enough sperm numbers or did I go and mess it all up?! I am worried it would be more girl friendly because he released tonight and then would be doing it again in less than 24 hours ... :'( I am worried I messed this all up!!!! And I think I am feeling some slight cramping on my right side ...

Did you have the big O? The only reason I ask is because that could be the reason you see EWCM, or what you think is EWCM. I wouldn't freak out I would just plan on doing what you were going to do anyway. Just keep testing and do you BD attempts like you had planned. DTD 2 nights in a row in not girl friendly, he would have to have been doing FR which I think is releasing everyday for 5-7 days in a row. Two days in a row is still boy friendly.

Ok don't panick! I also have tons of ewcm . When I say tons I mean really bad keep having to check its not AF!! I don't o till next week (Friday , sat or Sunday ) I am using opk twice a day as not to miss it but ever since coming off bc in april I have very painful ovulation pain and always get a smiley with the pain ...so tracking o is not a problem for me!
We just keep dtd every 2-3 days but from cd10 use condoms . I'm hoping for a 3-4 day cut off then give it all we've got from pos opk planning 3-5 attempts (dh can't wait...!)
Don't worry about ewcm if u see it drying up usemucinex or preseed
And unless u dtd everyday frequency should not be a problem!
U think ur lil girl was a one hit wonder? Maybe she wasn't maybe he got nervous and released afraid to come to early maybe he released every single day? Ask him?

Yes I did actually. I had big O 3x haha. Maybe that is why! I never thought about that!

Yes she was a one hit wonder. And he has never been a do it yourself type of guy do she was a product of a lot of backed up sperm! Haha

You can start getting EWCM for a good week before O and changing your diet and supps make it a lot more likely to happen.

You realize, timing DOES NOT sway, and so it's fine to have a few attempts now just in case, and then wait for a pos OPK and have another round!
