Spicy food?
I know onions and garlic sway blue, so I’m doing my best to avoid those. But what about spicy foods like hot peppers or Indian and Mexican spices? I’m a huge spicy fan, so just wondering how much of that I can indulge in while going pink and how much I should stay away from.

Well, the unsatisfying answer is that we don't know. Some people choose to avoid them (not sure why, it may be the idea that spicy foods make your nose run so they fear it will make more CM??), I ate spicy stuff all the time, curry, chili paste, salsa, etc. and still got a DD.
Even with the garlic and onions, that's one of those things that I doubt sways very much if at all. Those things are ubiquitous across cultures and lots of people are eating lots of them and still having both boys and girls. I didn't eat them when I was swaying tho.

I am including quite a bit of chilli in my sway as it satisfies me. I don't think it sways as my sis eats lots of chillies and has 2 dd and I was abstaining from spicy food when I had ds.

Awesome, thank you! I'll try to limit (just in case) but not worry too much about it. Off to cook fajitas for dinner now... yum!

I made some insanely good fajitas when swaying with mushrooms/eggplant in lieu of the meat.
sauce: 1/2 c salsa, 1/2 c Bernsteins Italian dressing, squirt of chili paste, juice of 1/2 lime (used the other 1/2 lime for the meat fajitas I made for hubby

First off I had no idea garlic and onions sway blue! I eat those two things everyday! Second I don't know if this helps but when I conceived DD my diet consisted of a lot of spicy food. I was living at home and my mom is puerto rican and her idea of cooking is burning your taste buds right out of your mouth! My white dad was not very fond of this hahaha.

like I mentioned, I doubt they sway very much at all but some people just like to include/avoid anything that could possibly help.
