Trying to conceive girl after miscarriage but was on antibiotics due to infection HELP!

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and ended up with an infection. I was prescribed antibiotics which i finished the day before we DTD. i read recently that conceiving straight after a miscarriage before a period sways girl but also just read that antibiotics sways boy. I'm very confused as now I think I am pregnant. I was drinking cranberry juice and took calcium and magnesium tablets but only for a few days (which probably is not long enough) before we DTD.
Is this likely to be more boy sway due to the antibiotics?
