That's too high up on the body to be gender. What did the ultrasound tech say?
At 19 weeks, I'm pretty sure you need a potty shot.
It shows the clitoris but you won't see labia from this angle. Those dots are likely just image artifacts.

What do you mean by 3 lines? Lots of things image as 3 lines and ultrasounds are made up of many, many lines and dots. Cord often images as 3 lines, labia can image as 3 lines or a Y shape, penis and scrotum can image as lines, fingers, vertebrae, etc. You only see certain parts from certain angles.
Also, may techs don't care for side shots of girl parts after the nub stage (12-15 weeks) and will not confirm from that angle.
Sorry I am new to this and thought 3 lines meant a girl, didn't mean to go on just want an insight to what I'm having as I won't know until birth now
if your bubs is a girl you will only see the three lines from a potty shot (a shot between the legs). hope that helps, its hard when you're new to it.
