I am gathering all my sway info.
Whats best no sex for 7days+ and then dtd once 2days before ov? OR
I read about getting hubby to FR (himself) twice and then dtd within 12 hrs also 2 days before ov so my PH has not changed. Its all so new to me!!!
I am going to use rephresh so could we in theory dtd normally (a lot!!) and then the rephresh will lower my ph? Arghh so confused x
Hi sorry I didn't explain it very well I just meant it terms of timing you DTD once at positive opk but prior to that you can choose to either abstain (only if hubby's a youngster) or Frequent release every 2-4 days
That's because there are a lot of different theories and they don't all agree with each other.
At the end of the day, no one can tell you what to do. If you want one on one coaching then I do offer the custom sway plans where I go thru and recommend things on the basis of what I think is best for your situation, but other than that you have to read the info and decide what makes the most sense to you, because there is data pointing every which way.
