Planning my Pink sway..... what does hubby need to do?

Hi Girls,

I have been doing some research to plan my pink sway and know the basics of what I need to do now. I think I am also going to purchase a plan off Atomic, but I just wanted to know what Hubby needs to do?. I think we are going to do FR and 1 BD attempt at positive OPK. What foods does hubby need to avoid / eat?. Can he still drink his red wine & beer? (that will be hard for him LOL)
Also what supplements does he need to take?. Thanks xx

:agree: one attempt at pos OPK. FR is good too but the one attempt is the most important.

he doesn't need to do diet but if he gave up red meat, or even all meat that's great. He can increase intake of soy foods too. if not, your diet matters most.

my husband kept drinking when we got our girl. I think drinking in hubby can sway pink.

there are lots of different supps out there, like peppermint, licorice root, cranberry, olive leaf, among others but not all supps are ok for all guys to take, so I can't give a blanket recommendation there.
