Should we put off ttc for another month?
We have already put it back from this cycle to next (I am 3dpo) I have been eating crap for England as im off work for the summer. I start back on Tue and am going to start my LE diet from Mon.
Question is: Should we wait to ttc so I am on the diet for about 7 weeks or should 3 be ok?
I am also starting gym classes this sat and am going 3x a week to classes and bought a bike yesterday so will be going cycling at weekends. Again better left for 7 weeks or not?
I want to get cracking but want a good chance at my girl x
