When to stop Vitex...

Hi all,

This is my first cycle using Vitex but I am ttc this cycle.

I usually ovulate on CD 17 - 19, should I stop taking Vitex maybe 2 days before O or should I stop on CD 14. Have been taking since CD 1.

I take the Vitex CD1 until +opk.. hope that helps!
