Boy timing question... what's the most frequent BD pattern recommended?

Hi, trying the third time on a boy sway... been on a high calorie diet (choosing mostly from the IG food list from AF-O at least) and taking plenty of supps for over 2 months now, lifting weights and avoiding cardio, definitely building muscle. DH is taking some supps too but he's a pretty high testosterone guy and probably is fine in the sperm department as he is always ready to go, haha (he's 33). I'm trying to figure out how often we can enjoy our babymaking without swaying pink.

First month we tried and got the chemical at 5 wks :( (sway was just getting started and was far from perfect so who knows why, I did eat quite a bit less during 2ww out of habit, but trying not to blame myself). Last month he was away for work and didn't release for 8 days till he got home, then we BD a lot the few days before and during ovulation... nothing happened.

So I should be ovulating on Saturday or Sunday. We DTD w/withdrawal on Monday night. Was thinking we would BD tonight (no EWCM today, watery I think, so should he pull out?), Friday, and probably at least once or twice Saturday and Sunday. Is that too often, will it mess up our sway?

ideally for a blue sway you want to DTD every 2-4 days and then when you get your positive OPK you would DTD that day and then the next morning and or night until your OPK goes negative

OK so sounds like I'm pretty on point with what I'm planning so far... only thing that confuses me a little is if it's too early to start now, what is probably O-3 or maybe O-4, especially if I'm not having EWCM yet? I guess the Shettles stuff has me a little scared. But O is really not all that far away is it?

I remember when I was swaying I also was scared about the whole timing thing, but then I read an article about some doctors who were trying to prove shettles theory wrong, they said timing has nothing to do with gender but they did find more boys were conceived 4 days before O, but then again aren't more boys born anyway?

I know its hard to let go of Shettles, but really timing doesn't sway
