Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Tried to follow HE diet to best of my ability (didn't do extremely well) but my diet has definitely changed a lot from when I conceived 2dd's.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Roughly 3 months trying my best in diet and supps.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Dh eats a lot better than when we conceived 2dd's. cut back of coffee and fizzy juice.

Laid on right side after bd. heard that Laying on left side means girls and I did lay on left side when conceived 2nd dd.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Changed my diet quite a lot to when I conceived before. Cut back on the fizzy juice which I used to drink tons of. Didn't drink coffee, only tea. And never used supps before so feel good about that too.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Only gettin one attempt :/ as atomic days more sperm = more boys :/

My sway is going to look somewhat like yours, minus the EPO and can I ask why you take the garlic capsules? If you don't mind me asking

garlic may help raise testosterone, that having been said I think that fish oil + garlic may make your blood too thin and so proceed with caution in that department. My preference is for people to skip teh garlic supps and just eat a bit of garlic when they can.
