So last time I did the le diet. I think I stuck to it pretty well considereing I was nursing but I did stay under on everything but only 5-6 weeks. I am vegetarian anyways but keeping low on protein was pretty difficult. I did not watch salt but did try to calculate it one day and remembered it being very high.
Now for next sway I am considering the French Diet. I am just torn. It seems like the french diet could be part le like skipping breakfast but I think all nutrients would be high. Plus can't drink coffee so no caffeine for "breakfast". It just looks like french diet had good results.
I don't want to do a lazy sway and plan on starting everything 2m. before this time whereas last time it was kind of a last minute thing.
Still have 4m. until then just getting all my research out of the way-
