Since giving birth to my sons i have PMS really bad attacks and very emotional..actually Feeling depressed for a week and then ist all over.
My question is if there is some medicin for PMS that also sways Girl?
example Valerian, anti depressiva for my mood swings?
I am looking Forward to hear expieriences from woman with PMS.

I will be following this with interest. I always have a few very black days prior to and just after AF begins. It is horrible and I HATE feeling that way. I am usually quite extroverted, but during these days I just want to be by myself, cry at the drop of a hat, completely irrational. I am like a completely different person. I went three years without a period (fell pregnant without getting a period, so first O, with DS2) because of pregnancy and extended breastfeeding.
I am so looking forward to being pregnant again for another two year reprieve! Would love for there to be something to take.
I can def empathies with you the BCP does this to me. Stayed on it forever to try & sway pink but the wink before AF was always miserable. I would suffer with every PMS symptom possible & they would all be horrible esp the moodiness. Fingers crossed someone will have a helpful answer for you.
antidepressants can sway pink so I would def. look into those if that is something you would consider.
I found vitex made me feel pretty low so I would stay away from that.
