I've been on a popcorn kick lately and have been eating it as my dinner since it fills me up. Is it something I could eat frequently or should I be staying away from it? I don't put anything on it so at least it's low in sodium & high in fiber and I don't think it has many nutrients but it is considered a whole grain. Since I haven't seen it as part of a girl sway, I'm thinking I should maybe ease up on it. Thanks Ladies and GL on your sways.
