I am under the impression as long as you are within your limits (cals, protein, etc.) then you are fine! Maybe someone with a little more experience can give their input as well!
Im no expert, but sounds similar to what I eat!! Pretty sure its fine, like Menlc611 said, as long as you are within the limits, then you can do what you like with them!
sounds perfect just check the fat for those fries want to stay around 30-50g. of fat depending on cals.

my concern is that it's not varied enough in nutrients for the sake of safety. It's not enough to cut back as far as possible, you have to make equally sure (if not more so) that you are getting enough nutrients.
Agreeing with Atomic - amongst other things, not seeing any protein in here at all (need at least 40-50g). Bearing in mind it's lower nutrient, not no nutrient!
