which fish is best for TTC pink?

and does anyone have any nice recipes?

I have been eating Tilapia once a week with some parmesan cheese on it. Hope that is an okay one to eat because I don't like any other fish but Tilapia unless it is breaded and fried.

Well, I would say NO fish is absolutely best ;) but the ones I would really really avoid are the oily ones like tuna, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, and salmon. Regardless of what they say on any other website, those fish oils are very blue-friendly (which is why blue swayers actually TAKE fish oils as supps). The white-fleshed fish like cod, tilapia, trout, are better choices for pink because even though they do have protein, they are lower in fat. No more than 2x a week though!!
