Did you follow a diet plan? Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?
Comments regarding DW's diet changes- No meat, followed all ranges specified for the LE diet, or slightly less. Hated it.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Started diet gently 6 months before first attempt, getting progressively stricter until it was full on vegetarian LE.
Continued strict diet a further 3 months while ttc.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- DH is classed as obese.
He didn't lose weight but he swapped his usual high fat and high protein for high carb, and cut out all meat for 3 months.
He drinks lots of tea and coffee daily.
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? 2 small meals a day, no snacking. Did 1500 calories a day for 3 months, then down to 1200 a day for the remaining months.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? Had unavoidable weekly cheat at lunch on a Wednesday afternoon when my mother visited. Usually a turkey and stuffing sandwich.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 107 lbs, 17.3 BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I went down from 124lbs to 107 lbs over the course of my diet in a slow and steady weight loss. I was small to start with so didn't have lots to lose.

Any relevant attempt details? Went straight from a 15 day abstain into a frequent release pattern where we BD once or twice every day.
No orgasms.

DH Supplements
Any additional supplement info? DH has insane super sperm so he took 3 liquorice root tablets from AF-O, then dropped to 1 tablet from O-AF for three months with no breaks.
I took vitex for 6 months then stopped the 3 months we actually ttc.
Did you do anything with Ions? By coincidence I have an ionic hair dryer.
There were thunderstorms all day the day I conceived.
Moon Phase during conception? Waning Gibbous
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Wooden spoon tied with pink ribbon under my bed, alongside a gorgeous baby girl outfit.
I had high pre-ovulation temperatures.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Had a bad cold in the week leading up to ovulation and felt crappy, which is supposed to help sway pink so was a lucky coincidence.
I'd been stressing out about everything for months beforehand, but the cycle I conceived I was really oddly serene and relaxed.
Had no ewcm, and very little in general.
Both mine and DHs sex drives were really low.
I prayed, a lot.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Not having enough days of BD because of ovulating early.
Not being strict enough with my diet during my 2 week waits.
Wishing I'd used rephresh.
Things worth mentioning: DH cycles around 7 miles daily travelling to and from work. Wearing tight undies.
It was during a heat wave and DHs "goods" were almost always disgustingly hot and sweaty!
I had cycle blood tests done and apparently have very high FSH levels of 16 indicating diminished ovarian reserve, so I was lucky to conceive at all.
DH started shift work and we were both shattered, getting less than 6 hours sleep most nights.
I have low vitamin D levels.
