Hi ladybug, i havent really read the rules for ttc a girl as i am ttc a boy, but i just thought i'd let you know that my DP has a drink of beer every day so when we concieved our daughter he would definatly had alcohol in his system. Good luck with your sway xx
Alcohol is good for ttc a girl because it lowers the sperm count some people do this as part of their sway x
