Give Vitamin D for DH

I find this study that vitamin D has an effect on sperm movement and function.

This is good for pink and blue for sure.
So Im thinking to give DH vitamin D now...but how much D would be the best?
Atomic what do you think?

I totally think both DH and DW should take Vit. D for TTC blue. Thank you for sharing this! I would give him 400 mg.
