O, that´s so good you thought about the sodium in it and looked it up, I usually take Aleve when I have headaches, but won´t now! Thanks.

It's not that 20 mg of sodium is a lot, it keeps your body from getting rid of excess sodium, yes??

Keep in mind that on the TTC girl diet you're eating so little sodium that it is prob. less of an issue.

I find ibuprofin works better for aches and pains than either aspirin or Tylenol so I hate for people to have to do without it.
