Do eggs get overstimmed ?

Hi Doc,

Just wanting to clarify some stimming issues.
When you get follicles at 25mm before trigger can that mean they are overdone ?
Most RE's wait till they are 18-19mm before trigger but there may be many follicles smaller than this that haven't caught up and require more days on meds. Can this lead to the super large ones dying to get the others to size ?
I am one of those women who at the last 2 cycles had follicles greater than 21mm, some at 25. If AFC is 5, fsh was 5.8 and amh at 10.8 (Australian), is it better to get those 5 to 18mm and try and get the best quality rather than let them get too large ? It seems like a fine line between quality and quantity.
Also, is it better to have slow steady growth where the largest at day 9 is at 18mm or is it still ok to trigger on day 6 if they are already at 18mm ?
Sorry, hope this makes sense, but wanting an idea of what an RE believes the rules should be on this.
