Chitosan

Got my chitosan in the post today BUT it is 700mg chitosan, 50 mg gymnaema sylvestre extract, 40mg vitamin c, 60 ug chromium. Do you think that's ok or did I get the wrong thing? Thanks

It would be best if it was JUST chitosan, those other ingredients are said to help with weight loss but I don't think they're the greatest for a pink sway.

Thank you, might just ditch the whole thing, don't need to lose any more weight, I was more looking fir a fibre aid!!!!

I think I got the same stuff Swish, might be all we can get here!

In that case it's fine to go for some other type of fiber supp, just to help with regularity and getting rid of the fat-soluble vitamins.

I think we both found a supplement which is only Chitosan now Atomic :D

I just noticed that the link says chitosan plus vitamin c - but I'm pretty sure they don't have that added! Anybody know what Dicalcium Phosphate is? I think it's just something used to put it into tablet form but now I wonder ...

This is the same one I have!!! Doesn't say vit c on bottle, stomach's going a bit crazy today so not sure if it might be chitosan, have given it a miss today!
