I hate diet drinks, but I'm trying to get as much aspartame into my diet as I can stomach.
I drink 2 mini Diet Coke's a day and I sprinkle 3 Equal packets on a bowl of raspberries twice a day. That's all I'm getting. Is that enough?

I don't knwo but I am using 4 Equal packets with coffee twice a day, 2 diet caff-free soda (has splenda), and about 6cps worth of Crystal Light... as soon as I get a BFP I am going to slowly wean off and go back to what I like.

I normally have extreme headaches so I take 400mg Motrin every 4 hrs 24/7, I should be taking more but with nursing and TTC conceive I have learned to live with a little pain.
Aspartame hasn't made it worse but Splenda did which I thought was odd.
It is entirely at your discretion. Some people eat more than that and others eat none at all. I think that is plenty. :agree:
If you test your pH, it should be lower after a few days. If it doesn't drop, you might want to eat a little more.
If your pH was already low to begin with, don't stop the aspartame, just keep it up.
Splenda made me really really sick Purple - it gave me panic attacks which I have never had before or since and just made me feel like I had drunk several pots of coffee. Aspartame can give me a headache and a weird taste in the mouth but nothing like the way Splenda made me feel.
In one hour I had to diet sodas that had slpenda... I felt really dizzy and like I was going to black out. It took several cups of water and a nap to feel better but I had a headache for two days. Just happy I wasn't driving at that time.
