Swaying Girl, what is too much if DH already has low T and low sperm count?

Hello Ladies,
I have been getting ready for my full sway in December for 2 months now. About 4 mths ago my DH (35) T came back at 121, he was put on zT patches, at this time we didn't know that TT lowered sperm count. After finding out he stopped the patches about 2.5 weeks ago and made an appt to see a specialist on Dec 13. About a week ago we did an at home sperm check that came back negative (which means he has a sperm count less than 20 million) we don't know how low it is yet. I am due to Ov in 3 weeks and have my 7 factors to sway girl set, I am just wondering what should we do for the BD part? I don't want to over kill since he already has low sperm count. Should we use rephresh, sylk, douche and lime tampon? Should we BD thru O? Use suddafed? Any help would be appreciated since we would like to get pregnant (hopefully with our bb girl) sooner than later, but still feel good that we gave it our all in the sway.

Partly this comes down to what you are comfy with. I ~personally~ prefer to always have y'all in with some chance of conception, and my recommendation for you would be to drop all the jelly/douche type of things (you can't use RepHresh with douche/lime tampon anyway, and I hardly ever recommend douching anyway and never recommend lime tampon). Also would not have you use Sudafed.

I would not have you BD thru O. We have had great results with one attempt at positive OPK for a girl (way, way better than the jellies). I think it would be a good compromise for the sake of balancing odds of conception vs. the amount things sway pink, to drop the pH jazz and keep one attempt.

I would also have him release every 2-4 days, this will optimize his sperm health so you can be in it with a decent chance of conception even while sticking to just one attempt.

So sorry I forgot to ask, what about shallow release and having the Big O?

I don't think shallow release really sways much if at all and it really really lowers odds of conception.
