Water in sway?

I was wondering if water matters in a sway. I know that some bottled waters are more acidic than others. Does it matter what kind? Also I am going to be starting my LE diet here soon. Since the diet it about low everything. It water a part of that too? Should I stick with more teas and sweetened kind drinks?

I remembered reading about that on here but I can't remember where. I think I saw it on the TTC boy thread. Hopefully someone can answer you.
