Thank you for the responses :) is the nub that little white line just above the crl star? Or is that something totally different?
It's funny I am happy to take a shot at other people's scans and am in general quite good at it but when it comes to my own it seems its a whole different ball game!!

Will keep you all updated... I've got another scan in 2 weeks so will see if that gives more clues or a confirmation :)
