Comments regarding diet changes-
Made sure I ate breakfast every day within an hour of waking up. At protein with every meal/snack. Ate 7-9 servings of fruit and veggies per day. All of this was a huge change or me. Drank coconut water everyday and one glass of carrot juice as well.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I was on the diet for a total of 9 months with a two week period in the middle where I slacked a lot.

Yes. I had the occasional iced tea or coke.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I gained 15 pounds while on the HE diet. I am overweight.
Exercise
I lifted weights and did muscle building exercises 4-5x per week. I did the occasional cardio workout, but kept it to 30 minutes.

I think I ovulated about 12-16 hours after our last attempt. Normally we had an attempt on O day as well, but it wasn't possible this month.

Stayed laying down for 20-30 minutes after each attempt.

Not specifically, but I'm on my laptop quite a bit.

I put a boy onesie under the bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I had definitely been building muscle mass and increasing my fertility levels. My O date moved up from cd18 to cd15 over the course of a few cycles. I was eating more, more often, and more nutritionally than ever before.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
No attempt on O day. I didn't cut out sweets or other 'junk' food. I had also been eating fewer smoothies this month, so lower amount of dairy.
Things worth mentioning:
During the course of my sway, I conceived 4 times. I lost 3 of them, 2 of which were very early losses. I did not take a month off after these early losses. I strongly believed I conceived a boy at least one of those times.
