Except for Memorial day weekend I have not had red meat in a month. I have had some pork, but even that has been minimal.
I am having the hardest time not eating turkey. I just can't live on white carbs alone. I don't fill up and then I snack all day which I would think would be even worse.
Whenever I try to replace something for the turkey or chicken it is beans, which I am assuming we are not suppose to eat.
Argh! I hate this diet!!!!
