Hi everyone, I was looking for some stories of people who had been sick and had still had a boy- swaying or not- I've come down overnight with a horrible bug of some sort and had a temp of 37.9C (100.22F I think..) this afternoon. Not happy as I seem to be close to O and have BD'd a couple of times already- it's too late to hold off until next month :(

I would keep bd'ing if I were you. Remember it's an overall improving maternal condition & just because you are sick right now doesn't mean you aren't healthier now than before swaying.

I was unwell when I conceived two of my three children! Lol. With my son, I was living a very boy-friendly lifestyle and was newly sick with what turned into strep. He was a BC baby, major surprise! With my daughter I was swaying pink and had a cold over ov time. So in that small experience, I would think the sway factors/lifestyle would outweigh the illness. Seems to be true for me.
Thanks all :) It's lousy being sick especially at this time! I guess now to wait it out and see if we were lucky this month!
