Is it safe to take baby aspirin while taking Fioricet or Tylenol/Advil as needed?

So I'm thinking of starting baby aspirin to help with implantation b/c I'm having no luck for 4 months. I take Fioricet a few times a month due to migraines and most times it's taken 2x for a day around ovulation. Just wondering if anyone knows if it's okay to take baby aspirin and Fioricet together, if need be. Also, is baby aspirin safe with Tylenol or Advil too? I'm not looking to take baby aspirin to help my ph or cm, just looking at it thinking maybe it would help with implantation..but I get worried that maybe I shouldn't take it for implantation b/c maybe there's a reason sperm isn't implanting on its own..for example a sperm that is defective, etc.

It is generally safe to take low-dose aspirin (I.e. baby aspirin) with all of those, especially if you're only taking the painkillers one or two days a month.

You could ask your dr to switch you to Fiorinal, which is the same as Fioricet but with aspirin in place of the acetaminophen (Tylenol). Many migraine sufferers find that Fiorinal works better than Fioricet, as well, so it's worth trying even just for that.

As far as I know, implantation problems have nothing to do with sperm or sperm quality. Rather, successful implantation depends on you - the quality and thickness of your uterine lining, your immune system, blood flow to the uterus, etc. Even if the zygote (fertilized egg) is somehow defective, that doesn't usually inhibit implantation. In that case you would generally miscarry the embryo after implantation, anyway, so encouraging implantation WILL NOT prevent your body's natural ability to miscarry sub-par embryos.

Wow, thanks so much for all the good info! I did try the Fiorinol once and it didn't work as well for me as the Fioricet. I also would rather just stick with my Fioricet b/c I recall when I was pregnant, I was able to take that for my migraines.

Then definitely stick with Fioricet. For certain kinds of headaches, acetaminophen DOES work best. If you've found something that works reliably for you and that your dr has okayed, that's fantastic! I know the stress of migraines can be really rough on a fetus if the mother has no way to gain relief.

I personally don't think it's real important to take things for implantation- the body knows how to do that pretty well all on its own. i don't think it hurts anything as long as you do it sensibly and it also may help people who have an undiagnosed clotting issue where their blood clots too easily. So please don't feel you NEED something for implantation, you almost certainly don't.

Just to reiterate what Maiden said, the body has ways of knowing if a fertilized egg is "good" or not and will pull the plug on most beans that are not developing normally (issues can come from egg, sperm, or random errors that happen in very early development)
