Hey everyone
So AF has just arrived :mad: and im on month 3 of my girl sway LE/skipping breakfast etc
Got a question if anyone can help?? my first month cycle was text book 28 day cycle ovulated on day 14 mth 2 ovulated on day 13 27 day cylcle then this mth ovulated day 12 and its day 26 today??
Is this normal??? any ideas why??
They sound fine. Your LP is staying nice and long at 14 days. I got pg with DS with O on cd 11. :o

I can't help you but I've been doing a similar diet to le (can't say I'm super strict and my sway is a lazy sway) and I've noticed that my cycles went from bring 28-29 or a few 31 day cycles before I started diet to a shorter cycle now. I'm noticing for the past few months I've had 26 or 27 day cycles now rather than my usual 28-29 day cycle and occasional 31 day cycle. No idea why this is happening but if anyone can explain it that would be great! I'm getting lh surge (for 48 hours which is typical for me) on days 10 and 11 since this is happening so I'm assuming my luteal phase is still 14 days. Before the diet I used to get lh surge on day 12 for approx 48 hours and have a 28 day cycle; so this is why I assumed I have a 14 day luteal phase.
Funny since being on the LE diet my cycle has gotten longer! I think it changing is supposed to be good? I was constantly 29 days every month no fluctuation ovulating around day 14/15. Started lightly doing the LE diet before we were ttc and it went to 31 days then swayed hard delayed O and had a 35 day cycle, this is my 3rd month and I ovulated day 15/16 so thinking it will be around 30 day if I didn't catch the egg.
Yes totally normal on LE Diet (both slightly shorter and up to 1-2 weeks longer) and as long as your LP stays 12-14 days then all is well. We think this may be a good sign for pink - I Oed 2 days before I expected to the month I got my DD
Longer has seemed to happen a bit more often but several people have had shorter ones as well (and gotten girls with BOTH longer and shorter than normal cycles)Quote:

if you are worried about missing ov due to irregular cycles, DTD unprotected every 4 days beginning immedaitely after AF. Then also do OPK at the same time. If you get a pos OPK and it has been 3/4 days since previous attempt, have another attempt. If it's been 1/2 days since prev. attempt, stick with the attempt you have just had. If 2-3 days and you can't decide, flip a coin and do waht the coin says - do NOT stress or obsess or make big long pro-con charts about whether to ahve another attempt, just flip the coin and let the coin decide!!
This will still end up being 1 attempt in fertile window most of the time.
