I know atomic has said to watch saturated fat intake. I'm just wondering, does anyone know about how much saturated fat is ok on the le diet? I know she recommends more omega 6 fats than saturated but just wondering how much saturated fat is on per day. I tend to have a real sweet tooth for baked goods and I know they contain saturated fat.
I don't have a limit on that and nor do I want to put a limit on that. I want the LE Diet to stay as uncomplicated and flexible as possible and do not want to give you guys another thing to keep track of. Different people will have different needs on different days/weeks/months, the Omega 6 vs. Omega 3/saturated is just a goal to aim for and not something we need set in stone
