MINERALS
Calcium Intake(Please describe) Whole milk, full fat yogurt,
Magnesium Intake(Please describe) High nutrient diet
Potassium Intake(Please describe) 7-9 servings of fruits/vegetables. Green Smoothies, coconut water, dairy (I tried to reach 3500/day- but was hard to reach even with all of the fresh fruit/veg)
Sodium Intake(Please describe) Around 1200-2000/day. I salted foods, but I didn't eat a ton of processed items. The week before conception, I ate out several times, so sodium range was likely over 2000.

Any additional supplement info? Vitamin D-1000, Prenatal or multi-vitamin daily. Fish Oil was DHA Nordic Naturals. Small amounts of chia seeds (omega 3) in smoothies.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Protein over 100g per day, high fat, meat most days, 2 eggs daily, oatmeal with whole milk and yogurt for breakfast, almonds, snacking every 1-2 hours.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI before 18, BMI after- 20, gained about 8 pounds. Some of that was obviously muscle
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? 3x/week, circuits of pushups, lunges, squats, tricep dips, wall-sits, and sit-ups. Definitely difference in muscle size.

Any additional comments? Used a little bit of pre-seed with each dtd. O-2 had ewcm that stretched 4 inches and was copious. O-1, clear and stretchy 2 inches, didn't check O day, but I usually dry up a lot by then.
Any relevant attempt details? Stayed in bed overnight, except for O day attempt which was in AM, stayed in bed for at least an hour.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Weight/muscle gain, protein content, conceiving in the first month, EWCM strength, general feeling well on diet
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Not enough sodium and potassium (although, all of my potassium came from food, so absorption should be good). I also did the IG diet with DD2 and although I had good ewcm, I lost weight and felt sick (and so did DH), so having swayed before, I feel like I won't succeed.
Things worth mentioning: I'll update when I find out! :) I think swaying does work, but it is hard when you lose the odds. :)
