Matzo, bagels & muffins with added vitamins on LE diet
Hi, I've been trying to work out some quick & easy things I can grab on the go for the LE diet. I'm in Australia and I haven't been able to find matzo or mini-bagels which sound like things that would be handy & that I would eat. Does anyone have any alternatives that might be available to me or another name they might go under? I found normal bagels in the supermarket but they have added thiamin and folate. Is added thiamin okay for swaying pink? I've also found English Muffins which I love but they have added thiamin and folate as well as added Mineral Salts (Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Carbonate). Will these sway blue? Thanks :)
