I am used to long cycles, like 35 days.
So my last cycle i took Vitex from AF to AF. My cycle was only 24 days now..I took 800mg a day.
So, what should i do? Take Vitex again this cycle from AF to O? This cycle we want TTC a girl...So i don't want to O too soon.
Should i take maybe 400mg a day or every other day? I'm so confused!
Take the vitex 800 mg from AF till 1-2 days before you expect to ovulate or until you get a positive oPK, whichever comes first. You NEED to get OPK for swaying anyway, your cycle can change pretty dramatically with swaying, with or without vitex.
I think if you normally have long cycles it can mean good stuff for your pink sway and so I'd have you continue the V
