nub guess

It's still early it might still go up or down going by the skull I would say girl by it just a guess though.

Everything I am seeing in the nub area is heading upward. But I can't for sure pick out the nub. The big obvious thing looks too large for a nub, there is a smaller shadowy area of a potential nub underneath the larger area. I just can't really make out what is what. But I had to guess, I'd guess boy because of the angles of everything.
