Soy Isoflavones TTC Boy - which to use?
So there seem to be many good things written about using Soy Isoflavones for TTC as it increases EWCM but also for TTC Boy.
I have found 2 brands that I can buy from a store:
Tesco
Tesco Soya Isoflavones X 30 - Groceries - Tesco Groceries
Contains: Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate),Soya Isoflavone Extract (14%) ,Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatine) ,Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide)
Holland and Barrett
Soya Isoflavones Capsules (750mg) | Menopause | Holland & Barrett
Contains: Soya Germ Isoflavones Concentrate (Soy Life™) 750mg
(standardised to contain 3% Isoflavone, 23mg and 3% Saponins, 23mg)
Typical Soya Isoflavone Composition: Daidzin & Daidzein 12mg, Glycitin & Glycitein 7.0mg
Genistin & Genistein 2.5mg, Soya Saponins 23mg
Any other stores in the UK stock any other types?
I am considering purchasing those from Tesco, but what concerns me is that the label says they contain "Magnesium Stearate" and doesn't the boy diet say avoid magnesium?
I find a lot of the supplements/vitamins contain Magnesium Stearate however so very hard to know what to do!
Can anyone advise?
