My husband is only on his third cycle taking it, but has not complained of any negative side effects. He does stop it around CD14 and takes a break until AF shows up again...

My DH took it for 2 cycles with no side effects from CD1-CD14 and we got pregnant first month TTC. We just had our baby girl in January! Hope that helps! Good luck!

What does licorice root do?
Lowers testosterone or sperm count, I believe. Negatively affects fertility so it sways PINK!! I'm wondering how many cycles before the first attempt you should start it, or if you just need to take it the months of attempts. Atomic advises only taking it AF-O to give DH body a rest as there can be side effects and it's not well studied.
