What's everyone's thoughts on this? Is the INSANITY program a decent choice for TTC pink workout? Looks like all cardio, no weights, but it's intense. And some things seem bound to increase muscle mass (push-ups, etc..)

I've never heard of the insanity workout. The ladies on here are generally just hitting the gym and choosing elliptical/treadmill/exercycle for an hour with some stretching afterwards. I've been recovering from a hamstring injury and just turning the intensity up on the elliptical slowly (just enough to make me really sweat!) and following that with about half an hour of stretching/yoga/foam rolling. I DO know that a couple of ladies are doing Zumba. Not sure if they succeeded or not. Maybe try asking this question in the Exercise Motivation Group thread?
Also, 6-7 days a week of working out is preferable.
Yeah I have qualms about insanity for the "muscle mass" reasoning. It's also hard and I think it's best for pink to go for exercises where you don't have to dig quite so deep - I wonder if the "push" that it requires to get through super intense difficult exercise may signal your body that you are having to fight for your very survival which may raise T levels and inadvertently sway blue.
Zumba is ok and I like Walk Away the Pounds especially if you are at a lower level of fitness, it's very easy to do and anyone can manage it. :)
What about just plain, old fashion running/jogging? A
That is fine if you can do it!! Some people can't manage it because they have kiddos to watch or just isn't their cup o tea but that is fine.
