Is there somewhere I can see an example of an LE diet? As of now my plan is just to skip breakfast, just coffee when I wake up (eat first meal between 10-12).

I'm new here too and I found it very helpful to simply read through a lot of swaying stories and other members plans, many are detailed when describing their sways.
Of course I am not sure I got it all right, but I definitely feel wiser after reading all those posts than before :-)

I do want to reiterate that the minimum requirements on the LE Diet are actually more important than the upper requirements to be sure that you are getting enough nutrients for your health and to sustain a healthy pregnancy. Please check out that LE Nutshell so you can be sure you are hitting those minimums. It's LOW everything, not NO everything.
