Ever too late for excersise?
I have already had an attempt this month. I'm currently cd 22 and 6 dpo. When I stared this journey, I decided to go the couch potato route because I was intimidated by the excersise and wasn't confident I could keep at it. Well, I've been thinking about it and I now believe it'd be benifical to try it and I do think I have enough motivation now to do it. My problem is I've only been doing it for 4 days now. I started on cd 19 and 3 dpo. So if I don't get bfp this cycle, I'll be making an attempt next cycle with only 3.5-4 weeks of excersise under my belt. I plan to do 60 min a day and aim for 6 days a week so if something happens and I can't one day then I'll still be in the 4-6 days a week limits. I'm doing walk away the pounds 5 mile walk and when I get bored Zumba. At these good? And is just 3 weeks enough?
